PostSubject: Picking up an object   Fri 6 Apr - 4:20

I am using this tutorial and have a question.
It says to modify MarsCursor.py which I found in
"Documents\Multiverse World Browser\Worlds\mv_fantasy\"

I then noticed that my module does not have a folder here so I created one ans stuck a
copy of MarsCursor.py in it.

So was I supposed to have a folder here all along? how does this play with the Server side Config folder i have?

The MarsCursor.py is a python file in your client files (repository). modifying it in the documents will allow you to debug the changes but you will need to build and patch the repository in order for other clients to use the updated MarsCursor.

The last part of that file hierarchy mv_fantasy would be the name of your world. When correctly installed/patched. You can also run the client with a local repository that does not need to be installed to the worlds folder

Thanks for the info.
Is there a tutorial on how to build a repository?
