| Hello there, So, I've just downloaded MultiVerse and been reading through the wiki to get started. I was getting on pretty nicely and MV does seem like a great package, but I'm encoutering a fairly annoying issue. I'm trying to place an object inside a collection as per the tutorial on the wiki, but clicking "Add" after choosing and naming the model does not append it to my cursor; nothing happens. I actually did get to place a few objects after starting a new world, but it seems to stop adding the object after clicking the middle mouse button (or just a coincidence?). I spent a little time trying to figure it out but I didn't get anywhere - hopefully I'm just missing something this can be easily resolved I tried with roads too and was unable to place road points. Appreciate any help! | |

| I encountered this problem myself once. The object had loaded correctly, just wasn't in view. When I created the model, I used the coordinates 0,0,0 to be the center along X and Y, and the Z (height) to be the bottom face of the lowest polygon, so by default, it should land in the dead center of any world, on the ground plane. However, sometimes, the scaling/export/import makes some 'adjustments' which can alter its world coordinates. All my models have the Z coordinate adjusted so 0,0,0 defaults to the exact center of the model in all planes.
Can you see the model in the scene list? | |

| I'm using the SampleAsset models, if that helps. When I click Add it literally does nothing; the object name doesn't appear in the object tree list and I can't place it. I noticed that roads do appear in the object tree, but I still can't place the waypoints. It works perfectly if I start a new world and don't middle click, but it's a bit irritating to have to restart if I accidentally hit middle click (doesn't work if I save & reload). Is middle click a hotkey for something? I looked in the bindings but didn't see anything...Just seems like such an odd issue :S | |

| I've had this problem a few times, but I'm afraid I don't know the cause... As long as you restart World Editor, it will go back to normal.
Apart from clicking the middle mouse button, where there any other factors that you think could have caused it? I'm going to play around with it tonight, and see if I can force the problem, which will hopefully lead to a target-able solution.

| If you run it in Administrator mode you should not have that problem. | |

| @Tristan; I've tried restarting World Editor, it doesn't fix it D: I can only place objects again on a new world. As for other factors, I have no idea. I mashed my keyboard hoping it would press a magical bind that would fix it, but no luck there To make sure it was definately the middle mouse I went into WE, placed an object, middle clicked and, sure enough, couldn't place objects. @Delurin; I had tried running it in administrator mode before and tried again just now, it doesn't fix it either :S | |

| Have you tried seeing what the key bind is for the mouse by default? You may have a programme in Control Panel by the manufacturer, that controls that. I suspect the middle mouse button is removing focus from the WE. | |

| I tested this and was able to replicate it so I moved the topic to bugs and issues. I will see if there is anything we can do about it. | |
