Mosaic Creator Unhandled exeption error

cant get mosaic creator tool to work, even i rebuild it from source it all compiles ok, then run it it runs fine but when i try to load a heightmap .png image the app trows me the unhandled execption error message


am I missing an installation step or dependency for the tool to work?

BTW using
Win7 64


EDIT:
NVM fixed it, was missing a couple of dependencies .dlls
devil.dll and ilu.dll which were in client folder

got it working ok now.
