Linux Server Setup Guide Updated on Wiki

I've updated the Linux server setup guide here:

I've tried to modernize it and make it generic enough that you can get through it on Fedora, Debian, or any standard Linux distro.

It could use some testing -- my server works, but I may have left something out or been unclear/inaccurate in places. Please give it a try and update or report anything that doesn't go smoothly.
