Having read the License Agreements (a second one is only relevant to the Beta GMax Tempest version), I could see no restrictions of use, commercial or otherwise. It does stipulate that each contributor must have their own copy, so it is not shared, or redistributed. This is usually included so AutoDesk can keep tabs on who is using their software.
Quote:
1. Grant of License.
a. Installation and Use.
Autodesk grants to you a personal, nonexclusive license to make and use the Software for the
purpose of designing, developing, testing, and producing game content provided that you are the
only individual or entity using said Software and provided that you do not modify or alter the
Software. You may also make personal copies (either in hard copy or electronic form) of any
electronic documents included with the Software only for your personal use on your premises.
This license is not sublicenseable by you without Autodesk’s prior written permission.
b. Storage/Network Use.
You may also store or install a copy of the Software on a storage device, such as a network
server, used only to install or run the Software on computers used by a licensed end user in
accordance with Section 1.a. A single license for the Software may not be shared or used
concurrently by other end users.
This is the 'bulk' of the agreement/restrictions regarding usage.
