Hello All!
I played with Multiverse back when they had a profit sharing model, but I don't have a lot of experience with the engine in general.
A little about me:
I'm 26. My hobbies include linguistics, programming, and computer games (Skyrim, EVE Online (newb), Fallout 2 and 3, SW:TOR, Warcraft III, and other less notable titles).
My day job is as a Python developer for Oracle. Oddly, I have very little Java experience aside from SCJA/SCJP certifications. I can write it, but not well.
Before I was a developer I was a Linux system administrator. Most of my OS background is in Linux.
My 3d modelling experience consists of a small amount of BSP type modelling and some very basic models in Milkshape. I am completely worthless as far as animation goes -- my animations never look correct. I do not have a fancy Maya license or anything like that.
I do have some graphic design experience. I can create 2D interfaces to spec, but my character portraits are not that great.
My web programming is my strongest suite. I can create nice looking (and secure) web applications relatively quickly. My most recent open source project is RepoCMS (
www.repocms.com ), if you're interested. I do have substantial experience with Flask (a Python web framework), Jinja templates, and jQuery.
I also have some business experience (setting up and managing LLC's in Montana as well as a Deleware C-corp).
Because of my shortcomings and limited strengths; I plan on developing a SCI-FI (Ship based) RPG, and I would like to interface it with a website for Auctions/Trading.
I look forward to asking many questions
Thanks!
