Hello guys,

First of all, thank you for this great mmo development tool and making it opensource. I'm a mid-core gamer, an independent developer and part of a small team/studio. We are trying to kickstart a mmo game project and finding a suitable sdk to begin transferring our ideas and concepts. I've been checking MV for a week now and so far I got everything setup and going through forum, external info and the wiki.

Hope you will continue with new updates and features. I could also post in my contributions whenever I can or something good comes to mind.

I'd love to hear your feedback on your initial startup experience. Sounds like you are already fairly technical? Getting up and running can be challenging for some because it still requires a good amount of technical know how.

Thanks a lot Shane and glad to be here. Yes, I also found some troubleshooting guide on other forums that uses MV. Sure, I will post that info when I get a chance. (Our test machines: Windows Vista for master server/world server, Vista & 7 for client/remote client)

I must say I'm new to Java and Python (I'm a C/C++ and web developer) but checking out the code and the wiki tutorials makes the improvements a little less hard.

I hope you guys could really make the upgrade to the latest Axiom engine or Direct X11 support, that would be awesome
