Toggling walking and running for Players

I've been searching in the Wiki, but have come up with nothing so far, so perhaps someone can help on here.

I'd like to let the player toggle between running and walking - I know you can set running/walking thresholds, and I know buttons are involved. However, I know very little about buttons, and the Wiki isn't too helpful on that front.

Any suggestions?

Wouldn't the answer be, a toggle button, that is linked to a set range of the animation frames (the ones running), and you should be able to set what button, when you export to Multiverse, or at least have an option in the Models Properties?
