(for those of you who do their own modelling and animation)
I was flicking around the web, looking for a way to create the Multiverse marketplace, and came across this website:
http://www.animationmentor.com/Basically, they offer programs on the best ways to animate your models, and there are some interesting fight videos in the Resources section, with the aim of giving you a reference, to help with any fighting animations you are making.

I dug around the site a bit more, and it turns out it's an excellent site.
Basically, Animation Mentor is a college of sorts, and they can actually vive you a qualification in animation. Check out some of their videos if you get a chance.
