Updated the Getting Started Tutorial

I went through the setup process and made a few updates to the tutorial. It should be noticeably better, but there's a chance I missed something. Give it a try if you get a chance and let me know if anything goes wrong.

Probably the most useful thing I did was point it to the current downloads rather than the outdated packages.

I might try it out later on in the week to see how it is.
